What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for growing the Supply Chain Factoring and Early Payment Solution business of the company in Singapore. You will be outreaching and pitching to credit worthy Buyers to provide early payment solutions to their supply chain, releasing much needed liquidity to the suppliers. The industries you will be targeting include but not limited to construction, Engineering and Services.
- Develop the new Clientele base to grow the Supply Chain Factoring and Early Payment Solution portfolio of the company
- Actively identify and secure new supply chain factoring relationships and provide onboarding of the suppliers in the supply chain
- Seamlessly onboard Clients (including procuring internal facility approval, to execution of Facility Documentation and Account Implementation).
- Providing regular feedback to management team on ways to improve Client experience, processes and product structure
- Maintaining a highly collaborative, positive, & synergistic relationship with the Client and with internal teams to ensure quality solution delivery and support.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree or a Diploma preferably in Business or Banking & Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in business development roles in Singapore
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in financial services such as Factoring or Supply Chain Factoring in Singapore
- Experience and strong network in construction financing would be an added advantage
- Proven track record of working in a client facing role, in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Strong team, networking and relationship building skills
- Highly organised, collaborative and detailed oriented
- Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
